Wanted to Ask how much a good diet affects skin care in the longer run? , Also how good will it be in terms of skin hydration and dryness?

We really are what we eat and, since the skin is the second largest organ in the body what we put in our mouth really does affect the development or degeneration of collagen and elastin – both of which keep the skin looking young. In terms of hydration and dryness it is the water we drink that keeps the cells plump and youthful. So drink those 8-10 8 ounce glasses of water a day and more if you are sweating and working out. The goal is to head to the bathroom every 3 hours throughout the day. You can cut back after 5 pm so you aren’t up all night
