Cheesy Kale Chips
1 bunch kale (the curly leafed variety, not lancinato kale)
2 Tbl olive oil
½ cup nutritional yeast
1/3 tsp salt
Preheat oven to 200* cooking time 45 – 60 minutes
Wash and de-stem kale and tear into 2 -3 pieces. Place in a bowl.
Drizzle olive oil over the kale and toss.
Sprinkle with nutritional yeast and salt. Stir with your hands to coat the kale.
Spread kale onto baking sheets.
Bake until kale gets slightly crisp then rotate oven racks and flip the ‘chips’. Continue baking until completely crisp, about 45 – 60 minutes. Keep an eye on them so they don’t burn. Remove those that are done while the rest continue cooking.
