Remember that luscious blush of falling in love? When we feel so charming and lovable, that heady high that makes our world glow. We suddenly delight in ourself, our life and those in it. This is because we see ourselves through the eyes of someone who adores us, rather than through the eyes of our inner critic; that relentless judge who will always find fault, inadequacy and despair.
That delightful feeling of love is our true nature, it is the experience of the vibrant, exuberant, joyous life force that is our essence. We don’t need to go seek it, it is always there quietly in the background. We don’t experience our true divine nature because it is usually obscured by insecurity, self-hatred, and fears. These are simply the result of misinterpretations, untruths and false assumptions which almost always have their roots in our childhood. Usually by the age of five this framework is set in place and becomes the lens through which we view our world. We interpret most situations through this filter and it becomes repeatedly self-reinforced.
Quantum Techniques is a simple, painless, rapid and elegant way to elucidate and clear these false assumptions and beliefs that are running and ruining our lives. They naturally come up in sessions and are a critical piece in healing most physical and psychological issues.
There are two means to rid these buried emotions and false beliefs about ourself with Quantum Techniques: one is to do QT sessions – a QT practitioner can quickly zero in one what the underlying traumas, emotions or beliefs are, and rapidly clear them; another way is to do personal work using QT’s self-help techniques such as the trauma code, Release Techniques and Reconnection scan. This is also extremely helpful since the code or technique is in your back pocket, ready when you need it.
Our false beliefs, traumas and emotions are neatly buried away in our subconscious. When we are triggered (you react strongly to a situation or person) the energy of the buried traumas is up and bursting and ripe for clearing. The most potent time to do our inner work is when we are caught in a reaction of anger, withdrawal, shame, whatever, it is. To diffuse the dynamic by trying to fix the outer situation or blaming an external player or event, is to waste a precious opportunity. Always, it is to meet and clear the pain and untruths within first, if possible, then deal with the outer circumstances.
As we uncover, meet and see through these false beliefs and buried emotions and traumas, our world transforms. We become less reactive, less in need of outer approval and attention because our joy, love and approval comes from within.
As our inner world clears, the incessant thoughts running through our head begin to cease. Our inner world becomes more quiet and calm. We feel our peaceful, joyous nature rather than become distracted by worries and self-doubt. Our life is more about being than striving for approval. We begin to delight in the unique expression of life force that we are.
You don’t have to try so hard to change others and your world, to slow or alter your thoughts. This all happens naturally when you clear out the internal cobwebs. It is a grand and compassionate journey back to our self.
