My name is Dr. Stephen Daniel and I want to talk today about the most effective way for healing trauma. Many years ago I worked as a clinical psychologist and was a trauma expert. I was trained in EMDR in clinical hypnosis. At Quantum Techniques we’ve developed a unique approach that I think is the most effective for rapid healing of trauma.
In many cases, we’re working with someone who has what’s called dissociation. You can email email@example.com and ask for our Parts Manual. It will help you understand when you have early repetitive trauma and how can you work through it without internal allies, without being flooded with too much emotion. It will assist with getting containment as you work through that process. This manual is based on ego psychology.
We also work with the Multidimensional Scan which is by far the most powerful rapid technique I’ve ever seen for healing trauma of any kind. It’s more of a consciousness model that helps break down the layers of dissociation without having to re-live the trauma. Let’s say somebody has chronic pain that won’t go away, and through testing we find there’s an emotional trauma involved. We are doing this through muscle testing, which we teach in our product Truth Techniques. We can find at what age the trauma occurred and if someone else was involved, including whether it was a male, a female, a family member, etc. We can also tell what key emotions were involved, like terror, rage, guilt, hatred or self blame, which are common ones; and what beliefs are involved – I deserve to suffer, I’m never safe, others are never safe, God’s abandoning me, etc.
Then we look at our large list of intentions. Are there any unconscious intentions blocking this from healing? Let’s say we found out that you can’t sleep because of insomnia due to a trauma field. Then we ask, is there unconscious intention involved? The body says, yes the intention is to be safe at all costs – something like, I’d rather be awake all night then have what happened to me 25 years ago as a child when I was sleeping. That’s an example of finding an intention. Then we ask, is there any conscious or unconscious conflict that would block the body from releasing this trauma field for healing? Let’s say that you have an unsafe roommate. Well, then the body says, put locks on your doors or change roommates to make sure you’re safe at night, etc.
We then ask, from where in the body do you actually hold this trauma field? Then we do something called the Reconnection Scan. As we’re performing the trauma release, we ask if you have a thought, a memory, a body sensation, an emotion arise, to share it; we’re mostly interested in body sensations. Without re-living the trauma, we want to move the trauma wherever it’s stuck in your body, all the way out. This is something with which we’ve been extremely successful. There is little to no emotional crash, especially if you do the parts work. It’s a much quicker way to produce tremendous healing results than any form of psychotherapy, which I was trained in, including EMDR hypnosis.
