I’m Dr. Carolee Johnson with Quantum Techniques and today I’d like to address jumpy leg syndrome, or restless leg syndrome. One of the things that I’ve learned with QT is that restless legs are more about the pH balance in the colon, rather than the actual muscle tissues of the legs. Once you test into the field and find out what foods you’re eating that are contributing to restless legs, it goes a long ways towards clearing up the issue.
Things that I’ve done to help is getting a good colon cleanse and alkalizing my diet with green smoothies and naturally alkalizing foods. You can test to determine what will work best for your body, but doing just those two things will go a long ways towards restful, relaxed leg muscles and getting a good nights sleep. There are other factors involved, including deficiencies or imbalances of calcium, magnesium, boron or vitamin D3, but most of the issue relates t the pH balance of the colon.
If you’re having trouble with restless legs, including an inability to sleep because of it, get in contact with me at Carolee@QuantumTechniques.com. Thank you!
