Hi, I’m Dr. Carolee Johnson with Quantum Techniques. It’s the Christmas season and I know that around Christmas time, that we all tend to eat things that we’re not sure are good for us, and there’s a lot of temptations and a lot of things that we taste and we’re not sure if we should eat it or not. Around Christmas time then, if you have gratitude for what you eat it makes a difference. I don’t know if anybody knows Masaru Emoto, he passed away just recently but he wrote a book about water, and how our emotions and intentions affect that water. In these experiments, he would expose water to different emotions and different words and even different music. Then he would freeze the water and see how it affected that water. What he found was that when he froze it, that if the word was positive or if the emotion was positive, then it would make these beautiful, symmetrical crystals. If the word was negative or the music was harsh then it would make deformed crystals that weren’t symmetrical.
He also did experiments where he had two jars of rice. Each day, to one jar of rice he said the words “You fool.” To the other jar of rice, he said the positive words, “Thank you”. In a very short period of time, in fact it was just days, the “You fool” rice turned black and became very decomposed and inedible. The rice that he said “Thank you” to stayed good for a prolonged period of time. I don’t remember exactly how long it was, but it was more than a few weeks. The difference was gratitude. Just saying thank you to that rice made a difference of whether it went bad or not. Around Christmas time we tend to come across many things which we don’t know whether they are okay for us to eat, or we don’t know how to test, or we can’t call and have our foods tested for us, or even if we’re tempted to just have a bite of something we know may not be the best for us. Whatever the case, have that food with gratitude. Be thankful for it because it changes how it affects our body.
I just wanted to bring you that message this Christmas season, because it’s wonderful to be with our family and friends, and food is a big part of that. Feasting is a big part of celebration and this is a wonderful time of the year. I would like to wish everybody a merry Christmas, and eat healthy. Have a great day!
