Before Your First QT Session

Hi. I’m Dr. Tom Miller with Quantum Techniques (QT). If you have an upcoming QT session or if you just want to get some information about QT it would be a good idea to read this blog or to watch the video, above. The reason I’m doing this is because during the first session some of the things that we talk about and do, can seem a little confusing. Hopefully this blog and video will help clarify common questions that we receive.

This first thing I’ll address is reverse polarity. In all of our bodies, we have polarity – a north pole and a south pole. If we get sick, eat something toxic, etc, our polarity can flip, so that our north and south poles are in opposite places. When that happens, our energy essentially runs backwards, and we don’t function well. We stay alive, but we don’t thrive, and we certainly don’t heal. I had Lyme disease for 20 years, and I’m sure that most of that time I was reversed because I just couldn’t heal.

To begin a session, I will ask you to say “I want to be healthy.” Then I test to see if that is a true statement. Hopefully when you say, “I want to be healthy.” it tests true. Then I’ll ask you to say, “I want to be sick.” which we hope tests false. If that is the case, there is no reverse polarity.

If you say, “I want to be healthy,” and that tests false, then we know that you have reverse polarity. And if you say, “I want to be sick,” and it tests true, it also points to being reversed. Hopefully nobody ever wants to be sick.

So let’s say we find reversal. The first thing I’ll ask you to do is grab a bottle of water and drink it. I prefer bottled water because you can buy the purified kind; while tap water is very suspect. Many times people’s energy is reversed because they are dehydrated, so we need to make sure that you are hydrated.

The second thing we do is test for foods that you might be ingesting that are causing reversal. Then we’ll test for: 1) injectants, things that break the skin and leave a toxin, like an bug bite or vaccine; 2) inhalants, either man-made (fresh paint) or natural (essential oils, mold, etc) things that you’re breathing in; and 3) contactants, things that we’re touching or that are touching us, such as clothing.

Inhalants reverse people very easily, so when we do a session it is very helpful is you are in an inhalant-free environment, including not wearing clothing that’s been washed with scented laundry soap or run through a dryer with fabric softeners/dryer sheets, and avoiding using scented body lotions, hair spray, etc. Even essential oils can be toxic. So the fewer scents you have on your body, the better. We also don’t want to have you in a room where there’s air fresheners, fresh paint or varnish, new carpeting, etc. All those things have the ability to be toxic and cause you to be reversed.

Besides certain clothing, another common contactant/inhalant that can reverse you is sleeping on bed sheets that have been washed with a scented laundry detergent. So before your first session, it’s helpful to get some good unscented laundry soap and body products and start using those. It’s so much easier if you come into the session and you’re not reversed because then we can really dig in right away, and discover why healing isn’t happening for you.

If you are reversed, here is a simple process to get un-reversed. In sequence, tap the side of your hand, underneath the nose, and the chin (see the video above, beginning at the 5:31 point). Completing this action will almost always get a person un-reversed. To stay un-reversed while we’re testing, bring the finger tips of one of your hands together and place them 2 inches above your bellybutton. That’s the grounding spot, what we call the belly point or belly spot. As long as you hold that spot in the manner described (see video), it will almost always keep you out of reversal. When I’m testing, I hold this spot so that I don’t reverse, and it helps to keep my client from reversing as well.

I hope that this information is helpful and I’d love to talk with you soon!
