My green smoothie has turned purple! I decided to start adding blueberries. I don’t have the leafy greens in this one; instead it has blueberries, cabbage, apples, and cucumbers. And then of course I put some fresh, raw aloe vera gel in it from my aloe vera plant. I’ll create a video later about how I did that…
Blueberries chelate heavy metals out of the brain and I’m getting into my 50s now so I decided that I might need a little help with my short-term memory. Heavy metals in the brain have everything to do with short-term memory loss. I don’t think that I’m really losing my memory yet, but I figured I’d just as well get started trying to prevent it now!
Use organic blueberries from your local health market, either those in the freezer section, or the fresh blueberries in the refrigerated section work equally well. Be sure to add them to your smoothie to chelate heavy metals out of your brain.
