How to Clear Blocks to Energetic Self-Testing Part 1

478254869There comes a time when you’re muscle-testing and you’re blocked. What this means is you have a testing block and you’re not getting accurate information. You’re kind of running around in a circle and you’re not sure what to do. You feel frustrated. You feel stumped. You feel like you don’t have what it takes to master this art and skill. Have no fear.

In this nine-part free teleclinic series on How to Clear Blocks to Energetic Self-Testing, Dr. Stephen and Beth Daniel, founders of the energy medicine system Quantum Techniques (QT), provide a comprehensive discussion on how to improve your testing skills and success rate.

You see, once in a while, we all find ourselves blocked even those who have mastered the skill. One of the differences between those who are just starting out and those who have mastered muscle-testing is that the person who knows how to muscle-test accurately knows how to clear blocks to self-testing. I’m not implying that you don’t, it’s just that when you’re starting out, being blocked isn’t likely the first thing you think about until you run into one or when someone tells you that you are blocked.

For beginners, you might not yet know how to clear blocks or understand what’s going on so you might think that the problem is you when you can’t test. Fear and doubt set in and then you abandon self-testing altogether thinking that you’re a lost cause and you can never get muscle-testing right. That’s not true.

All of us find ourselves exactly where you are at one point or another. It’s just that those who are good at muscle-testing practice, practice, practice. They get good at it because they use it and ultimately, they get even better because they teach muscle-testing to someone else, but you don’t have to teach it to someone else, but it’s helpful if you do when more people you know are familiar with muscle-testing.

Hopefully, by the end of listening to this nine-part series, you will have more confidence in your testing ability and have more success with muscle-testing even more. Some blocks to energetic self-testing

Dr. Stephen and Beth Daniel identified 15 common blocks that they see from their years of practice. I’m not going to include all 15 of the blocks here. It’s best that you listen to the teleclinic for a more in-depth discussion. You will also learn some other valuable information during that teleconference as well.

Some common blocks include:

  1. Inhalants—things you breathe in that causes a reversal in your energy field
  2. Electromagnetic field—testing near cell phone, heavy fluorescent light, and computer
  3. Dehydration—not drinking enough water
  4. Not holding the belly point—holding your fingertips somewhere other than two inches above the navel
  5. Cerebrospinal fluid (CSF)—might have a high bacterial or viral load on days you feel crummy

Some solutions to these blocks

  1. Shower—start with nothing on to make sure nothing might interfere with your testing
  2. Test away from electronic devices
  3. Drink water, not tea or other beverages; add sea salt or minerals to balance electrolytes
  4. Holding the belly spot to clear any reversal
  5. If not reversed, find out if it’s bacterial or viral load and add that to your treatment code

While those are just some of the common blocks to energetic self-testing and solutions to overcoming them, one of the important things to keep in mind when you learn to test for truth is do your best to be detached from the results.

Another thing is, make sure you also have permission to see the truth because sometimes, on a deeper level, you don’t want to see or hear the truth due to fear. If you have this, it can affect your testing.

If you can, find an accountability partner who is interested in learning muscle-testing so that you both can support each other.

The more you can do all of these things, over time, you will build your intuition. You have always been intuitive. Muscle-testing allows you to tap into what YOU already know deep within.

Here’s some advice from Dr. Daniel from How to Clear Blocks to Energetic Self-Testing Part 1:

“Do your inner work, and again, practice with something objective…it can be a blind test, to learn to start trusting your own testing. And then learn to be detached from the results. Like I tell people, if you’re going to eat, you know, the cake, no matter what, then just go ahead and eat it. Don’t bother testing…You know, if you do that repeatedly, you’re asking the body to tell me the truth, you’re ignoring it, pretty soon, it quits giving you truth again. So, if you’re going to eat it, just eat it, but be willing to set that intention out there that you really want to know the truth for your highest and best good.”

Yes, that you want to know the truth and nothing but the Truth.
