The title of this video is Control Your Fork Control Your Health. The number one thing we see with clients, and we’ve been doing this many, many years, is if they can control their diet and what they put in their mouths, they can heal. They can also prevent a multitude of illnesses in the future by controlling their fork. Allergies, sensitivities, inflammation, chronic conditions, infections, pain, all of those things can be controlled and prevented by controlling your fork.
We energetically test everyone’s diet when they call in terms of what’s blocking their healing. Some people just want to know what’s the best diet for me. We energetically test that with our testing methods, taught [inaudible 00:01:35] techniques one on our website, and determine what is the best diet for you and what foods must you avoid in order to feel well, in order to control inflammation, pain, allergies, histamine reactions, rashes, constipation, you name it we’ve heard about it. We test your diet to see what you need to do to control your fork to control your health.
I want to give you a quick example about this that is so telling about the impact of controlling your fork. This is about a person who has had pneumonia for a few months now. This person has trouble controlling the fork, especially over the holidays, and most of us or at least some of us, probably do. If you are ill with an ongoing infection, for example, you must be aware of what you’re ingesting. If you eat sugar you don’t get over the infection. If you eat foods that you’re sensitive to, like dairy that increases mucus, you’re not going to get over the infection.
This is different for each one of us. Some of us have a sensitivity to a radish and some of us don’t. It can be something you think of as healthy, but for that person it blocks their healing and reverses their body’s attempt at healing. When I say control the fork I don’t just mean don’t eat a lot. I’m just using this to prove a point. It means choose what you eat carefully based on what we find is something that your body perceives as a toxin for you or something that’s healing and nurturing for you. By doing that and controlling your fork in that way you can absolutely control your health. If you avoid those toxic foods that pneumonia will be gone, for example. You’re not dehydrated and you’re eating the right foods you’re on your way to recovery and healing and prevention. Thank you.
