To say the least, there’s a lot going on in the world right now. Many people speak about how we’re headed towards devastating times, but, as Dr. Bruce Lipton and Steve Bhaerman kindly remind us in their book Spontaneous Evolution: Our Positive Future and a Way to Get There From Here “…all of us can change our programming, our own and civilization’s, to create the world we’ve always dreamed is possible.”
Although things may appear as if they’re faltering, chaotic, and disorganized, they’re “golden opportunities hidden in the dark clouds of crisis,” Dr. Lipton and Bhaerman wrote in their book. To help the world as a whole and to ease and lessen the pain and suffering, Lynn Grabhorn, author of Excuse Me Your Life is Waiting, says that we can do so by changing the way we think and feel about negative events.
We may “never completely stop all negative events, ” Grabhorn writes in Excuse Me, Your Life is Waiting Playbook With the 12 Tenets of Awakening. “[W]e can most assuredly help to lessen them, turn them around, make them less devastating, and yes, in some instances, eradicate them altogether so that greater and greater well-being can abound.”
Rather than physically seeing the horrible atrocities taking place around the world and within your own confine as ‘bad’ and attaching negative thoughts and feelings to them, see if you can view them with your spiritual sight that everything is happening in perfect Divine order and that everything is okay as it is.
I know this may be hard to do; to see the good when there is so much seemingly bad. It may be hard to remain neutral, to not want to pass judgment, and to not feel, in some way, a sense of responsibility; a desire to want to do something about the bad and to help stop the terrible things from happening. But, as the popular belief goes, focusing negative energy towards what you deemed as bad isn’t going to solve the problems, but actually makes them worse. This doesn’t mean that you just sit there and do nothing. Later on, I will provide a simple process you can use to start the healing going and send love to the world where it’s needed most.
To send healing energies to the world is one of the greatest services you can do for mankind. It’s a disservice to the world and to yourself when you get worked up, feel frantic, frustration, or any negative emotions you may feel. Does this mean you avoid your emotions? No. You acknowledge them, but then quickly move on.
According to Grabhorn, she further offers this advice: “If we will flow quiet joy instead of “ain’t it awful”-ness, allowance instead of hatred, ““It’s going to be all right”” instead of ““Oh, I’m so sorry,”” gratitude to the planet instead of agony over her plunder, if we will simply make an effort to feeeeel differently, we can change the world, not to mention our own lives.”
Think about that for a moment. See if there is a shift in you. You should feel less contraction and more ease when you flow love.
So remember that when you work out your own salvation by doing your own inner work, radiating love, peace, and gratitude to the world, you are blessing it; you’re ascending higher in your thoughts, raising your vibrations, and indirectly benefiting those around you and beyond. And, the more you do so by maintaining your core positive energies and flowing them toward events you wish to see eradicated, eventually, the negative energies will soon dissipate.
Sometimes, you may not see the outcome happening at the speed you would like. At other times, you may get discouraged when you see the media report that the problems you’ve been flowing positive energies to have grown worse after you’ve done so much to help. You may feel like what you’ve been doing isn’t helping, but trust that the Divine is working out the good in those situations. Keep doing what you’re doing. When you take a step towards the good, expect that the outcome will be, too. Furthermore, you may not immediately see the change and the fruits of your labor with your physical eye, but, spiritually, you might just “see” what a difference you have made.

Send the World Love Step-by-Step Process
In this process, not only will you be sending healing balms of love, peace, and gratitude to the world, I will show you how to help reduce, neutralize, and clear the traumas surrounding those people and places you wish to send love to. In my opinion, it’s a practical and excellent way to change the dominant negative energy of a situation quickly and easily. When you do that, you empower rather than disempower. You even “uplift millions more not even affected by the devastation,” according to Grabhorn.
Send the world love and lots of it. The world needs it and it needs you. We are in this together.
- Choose an event, person, place, or animal you would like to send love to
- Focus your intention on that event, person, place or animal
- Tap on the side of the hand (karate chop point) 5 times and under the nose 5 times while focusing on your intention
- Read the Traumatic Events Code 3-9 times in a row (c e a eb oe a th if lf e mf 9g g50 un sh un un sh un chakra 1 x 2)
- Read the Love, Peace, and Gratitude Code 3-9 times in a row (if mf eb e oe g50 a th 3rd eye liver g50 if lf a e ae oe a g50 ch)
