There are three primary types of negative states. They all affect us in similar ways, but we need to deal with them in different ways to effectively heal. The first is acquired beliefs. These are beliefs we acquire through exposure in the first seven years of life. They come from our family, schools, communities and religion. These beliefs slip, unchallenged, into the unconscious mind and direct much of our thinking, beliefs, emotions and actions. Examples of these beliefs include: You must be perfect to be loved. You deserve punishment if you don’t meet everyone’s expectations. If Mom isn’t happy, you will be punished. If you don’t do what God teaches you, you will go to hell. Only beautiful people get love. The second group of negative states are what we call attachments. These can be dark energy attachments from another person or source. Depending on your belief system, these can be dark spirits, demons, generational attachments and frozen emotional fields off of another person. Many times a person has a strong emotion, such as rage, fear or despair and realizes the emotions are not their own. For these negative energies to attach to us, we must have an open door. Typical open doors include: unhealed traumas, dark emotions such as unforgiveness, terror, rage, and wrong beliefs such as I deserve to suffer. In dealing with this type of negative state, we must find and close the open door and send the dark attachment away through an affirmation. You may use the following affirmation or something similar that resonates with you: My body, my energy field, my spirit, my relationships and my possessions, are all surrendered vessels for Divine Truth, love, joy and gratitude. In the power of the Divine, I send all lower frequency energies back to their source.”
The third type of negative state is created by trauma. Most often, this is severe and repetitive trauma that occurred before the age of seven. Many times, the trauma is so severe that it is dissociated and the person has no memory of the event. I have worked with clients with severe environmental illness for sixteen years. I have yet to find one of those clients without repetitive trauma before the age of seven. Initially, very few have a memory of the trauma. The most powerful and rapid healing for any trauma is the new multi-dimensional scan from Quantum Techniques. With this scan, there is no need to remember or relive any aspect of the trauma in order to bring healing to the issue.
We heal these negative states by a deeper understanding of how to deal with them in different ways, as well as by being awake spiritually and not just being driven by the negative states, unknowingly. Negative states are like a battery powered mechanical robot. It sits in your head and plays recordings from your childhood such as, “You will never be good enough.” “Everyone will leave you.” “You must be perfect,” etc. When those recordings are not obeyed, you suffer. The mechanical robots have an invisible lasso by which they can rope you and pull you out of the present moment into a suffering negative state from your past. By either opposing the negative state or being driven by it, you recharge the battery on the robot unknowingly and strengthen it.
The reason progress is often so slow in healing with psychotherapy is that it is based on wrong or untruthful beliefs. You can never heal the present by talking about the past. Psychology is like going to prison and teaching prisoners how to decorate the walls of their cell, and how to get along better with the guards and other prisoners. This is valuable in some way, but it keeps you living in the prison. The reason consciousness work is so slow is that there is a lack of understanding that acquired beliefs caused by trauma must be handled differently than those acquired from family and society. When we do deep trauma work using Quantum Techniques, we cut the invisible ropes that the mechanical robots have used to pull us, without awareness or consent, from the present moment in to the negative state of a trauma from the past. Then, the negative states can no longer pull us out of the present moment without consent, but they will continue to call your name for a while until the battery runs down.
Healing can look like this: Sever the connection to trauma with Quantum Techniques; renounce any attachment with an affirmation of Truth; then, when the mechanical robots/negative states call out to you, be spiritually awake and confront the negative state with Truth, “Every time I have listened to you, I have suffered. Leave my life and never return.” Then, bring the focus of your awareness back to the present moment in gratitude where no negative states or false selves can go. Psychology teaches us how to live more comfortably in our prison. True healing and consciousness work teaches us we can walk away from any prison in an instant by doing our trauma work and becoming spiritually awake in the moment in gratitude.tweet
