Traveling can bring on unanticipated physical challenges that can put a dent in your trip. Don’t let your vacation or trip become a nightmare. Here are a few of my favorite ways to ensure a happy trip:
Protection from food borne microbes:
Before you eat in a restaurant, especially in countries where eating raw produce is inadvisable, take 2 drops of oregano oil under the tongue. Additionally, this is helpful in preventing food poisoning or gastric distress. It also has the added benefit of being anti-viral, anti-fungal and anti-parasitic.
Prevention of motion sickness:
Take Homeopathic Tabaccum (30C) before driving or flying; or you can take 2-3 ginger capsules, or eat fresh dried ginger to prevent nausea and motion sickness. Ginger tea with raw honey and lemon is delicious and ginger has the added benefit of being anti-inflammatory.
At the onset of flu symptoms, immediately take Homeopathic Aconitum (30C) every 2 hours for a few doses. This will get the virus before it can take hold and get you!
Bring the QT Universal Codes in your purse or wallet to use as needed. Airplanes are full of inhalant toxins which generally reverse people. Use the reversal and inhalant codes during the flight and as you exit the airplane. The ingestant code is invaluable for the varieties of new or rich foods often encountered on trips. The contactant, virus and bacteria codes can be Godsends when you begin to feel sick.
